10:00 to 11:00 h: Entrenamientos Oficiales / Official trainings (10 minutes per team).
11:00 h: Vuelos oficiales / Round 1 official flights.
12:00 h: Vuelos Refly / round of "refly”.
13:00 h: Descanso / Free time
14:00 h: Vuelos Oficiales / Round 2 of official flights.
16:00 h: Vuelos Refly / round of "refly".
16:30 h: Vuelos Oficiales / Round 3 of official flights and Reflay.
DOMINGO/SUNDAY 13th:
10:00 to 12:00 h: Entrenamientos Oficiales / Official trainings (10 minutes per team).
12:00 h: Vuelos Oficiales / round 4 of official flights.
13:00 h: Vuelos Refly / round of "refly".

El organizador puede modificar el horario si se considera apropiado para el mejor desarrollo de la competición, con conocimiento de los competidores.

INSCRIPCIONES:
Todos los competidores deberan disponer de licencia deportiva NACIONAL RFAE.
El precio de la inscripción es de 30 euros por competidor. En el precio está incluido el combustible y la cena. Acompañantes a la cena 10 euros por persona.
IMPORTANTE:
Contacta con nosotros si necesitas traslados del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa. Es muy probable que podamos hacerlo la propia organización. Los vuelos que lleguen a partir de las 21:00 horas no se atenderán. Saca el billete de avion lo antes posible para evitar precios altos y falta de disponibilidad.
No lleves combustible en el avión, está prohibido. Nosotros te lo proporcionaremos.

INSCRIPTIONS
All competitors must have NATIONAL license. Also must have medical assistance insurance and civil liability insurance. We can provide both insurance for 45 €, in this case you must require us 10 days before start the competition.
STANDARD REGISTRATION
- Price 30 euros/person
This price includes farewell banquet.
BANQUET DINNER COMPANIONS. 10 euro/person and 5 euro childs..
IMPORTANT:
The journey from the airport to the hotel will be done by the staff of the organization. The arrivals during the night will not be done by the organisation. You should get your plane tickets as soon as possible and on arrival to the airport of Gran Canaria before midnight 11 p.m.
ADVICE:
Don't bring model fuel on the plane. It is forbidden. We will supply you with fuel for the trainings and competitions.
You can get good prices tickets if you book them in advance. The flight from Madrid lasts two hours. There are direct flights to Gran Canaria from almost every European capital and also from other countries in the world. You can also come by ship from Cadiz (Spain continent). The crossing is a two days journey.
Don't forget your swimming costume and your camera….in december we have a medium temperature about 20ºC...!!!

Other cheap alternative is Hostel Alcaravaneras It´s a nice Hostel in front to Alcaravaneras beach and very well conected to principal auto way. Price is about 26 € for double room with bathroom inside room. You can made reservations throught any booking inernet website as www.booking.com
